I initially located the vehicle I was interested in, i.e. a 1999 Ford Ranger, through an on-line search.I was looking for a reliable small truck for local multi- purpose hauling and had a price range in mind a 1999 Ford Ranger, through an on-line search.I was looking for a reliable small truck for local multi- purpose hauling and had a price range in mind.I called the dealership direct and was quickly put in contact with Jason. Upon outlining what I was looking for, Jason stated that he had the "perfect" vehicle in stock.It was the same vehicle that I had located during my own on-line search. We made arrangements to meet later that same evening.Jason made it very clear that he was very flexible in terms of his availability and simply asked me to call ahead thereby providing him sufficient time to warm the vehicle. As arranged I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle running and Jason waiting in the pre- owned office area. From the outset I found Jason to be friendly, engaging and knowledgeable who appeared genuinely interested in getting me into the vehicle I wanted and not one HE may have wanted me to buy. The test drive and inspection process was handled very well.Jason was very open in terms of explaining the vehicle specifics and providing me with all of the relevant documentation including the mechanical inspection report,Car Proof Report and the summary of recent dealer repairs.His level of knowledge relative to this specific vehicle was amazing.At the conclusion of the process I was very comfortable that this vehicle, notwithstanding the vintage, was extremely clean.Jason himself contributed significantly to this confidence level as he presented himself in a professional manner and established trust very early in the process. Upon tabling an offer, Jason worked hard at securing a fair deal for all parties.The deal was completed within a two hour time frame. As icing on the cake Jason agreed to personally deliver the vehicle to my home the next day.The vehicle was delivered as promised and precisely on time!He had even arranged for his wife and young child to meet him at my residence and provide him with a ride back to the dealership. Amazing! All efforts on my part to drive him back to the dealership failed as he stated he had already made the arrangements. Overall I cannot overstate the level of professionalism that Jason displayed during the entire process.He truly made buying an older vintage, pre-owned vehicle a comfortable experience!
