I had been shopping around for a vehicle for some time with out much luck. I had been approached by many sales people at various dealerships which really did not work out. At no time did I feel any pressure to jump into a sale. He took the time to find out what I really needed out of a vehicle. My vehicle is a second office for me. Out of our initial conversation he recommended some options and proceeded to explain the details, benefits and comforts of each and how they would work for my situation. We test drove some options and I happily decided to go with an Explorer. This has easily been my best experience at a dealership which has left me recommending Freedom Ford to my family, friends and colleagues. Had stopped into freedom Ford with a friends to look at a new escape which they ended up buying from Dan Gilewich. I bought a vehicle which was adapted for the handicapped by Malley Industries (affiliate with Ford). Darrell was very honest and upfront with all the details, and had/showed compassion for families that req by Malley Industries (affiliate with Ford). As good as an experience can get. My car was written off in an accident and I had to replace it in a hurry due to an impending trip, and I found the Fusion I was looking for at Freedom with Jason's help. Three weeks later I discovered some pre existing problems with the cars paint and returned to the dealership with dread and fear of the impending battle I anticipated would ensue. I could not have been more wrong. Jason, Kyle and Leno never once made me feel that the issue would be dealt with in anything but a professional manner with my ultimate satisfaction as the only acceptable outcome. I am more than pleased with my "new to me" Fusion and the service I received. If integrity is important to you in the dealership you deal with, Freedom is the place to go. More
