I have been looking for a new truck or a quality used one for some time. Daryl at Freedom Ford was able to point out the pros and cons of buying new or used. He also helped with the purchase of some of the aftermarket accessories which I required. My experience with Freedom Ford can be summed up in two words, beyond expectation. Being from Fort McMurray, I wanted a good deal on a low mileage 2012 F-150, without the higher markup price living in an oil boom town. I found a vehicle posted on autotrader.ca that fit my price and needs. Jake Plots (sales agent) inspected the vehicle stem to stern, and gave me a very accurate personal opinion over the phone (after a timely, local inspection) . Freedom Ford ensured that the delivery of the vehicle was a no cost to me, seamless procedure. The finance manager ensured that the bank's rate of interest on the loan fit my good credit history. All was completed in an afternoon, right down to a drive to the vehicle registry for plates, and a full tank of gas to send me on my way ( a somewhat tall order with a 135 litre tank). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a Ford vehicle, and Jake has the personality, and the pull, to get it done your way. More

I had been shopping around for a vehicle for some time with out much luck. I had been approached by many sales people at various dealerships which really did not work out. At no time did I feel any pressure to jump into a sale. He took the time to find out what I really needed out of a vehicle. My vehicle is a second office for me. Out of our initial conversation he recommended some options and proceeded to explain the details, benefits and comforts of each and how they would work for my situation. We test drove some options and I happily decided to go with an Explorer. This has easily been my best experience at a dealership which has left me recommending Freedom Ford to my family, friends and colleagues. Daryl has set the standard very high and I will most certainly be visiting him again for my next vehicle purchase. More

Had stopped into freedom Ford with a friends to look at a new escape which they ended up buying from Dan Gilewich. After they made the deal I mentioned to Dan that I was looking for a used Dodge Suv for my f new escape which they ended up buying from Dan Gilewich. Later that week he called and told me he found the perfect unit. my conditions were it had to be black and have leather. He provided me with a full inspection and vehicle report before I ever asked for one, made sure it was what I wanted and a great price.
