I have purchased many vehicles from Freedom Ford fleet over the years with satisfaction second to none. This time it was my daughters turn to purchase a vehicle. It was a great car for her so I got the pricing from Wilf & was satisfied with the amount, he then took it to his sales manager who told Wilf he discounted the price that morning. They passed the discount onto her purchase price saving my daughter several hundred dollars. They could have just took her money & we would never even known the price was reduced, but being the honest sales people they are the savings were passed on. I recommend Freedom Ford to anyone. Stopped at Freedom Ford originally only because it was one my route; I was in need of a late model used vehicle. Directly met Jason Spithakis; displaying a laid back nature yet full of enthusiasm. He had no pressure to give when I walked away to digest the options and he followed up prompt after that with the further info I requested. As we began negotiating (on the first vehicle he suggested to me), he engaged his supervisor but fielded the negotiations maintaining courtesy and professionalism, and I feel I paid a fair price. Turned me over to Tim Dromarsky to complete the financing package. Tim was cheerful, professional and discussed all aspects understandably to me, the pedestrian. I remain happy with my purchase and will be returning to Freedom for subsequent vehicle needs. More

This is the second truck we've purchased at Freedom through Ed Frick. The first time was in 2011. We met, I told him the budget, gave good advice on the truck and nailed the price. Freedom had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from that both gave me the features I needed as well as the extras I wanted. My experience with Freedom Ford can be summed up in two words, beyond expectation. I expected an environment of back and forth negotiation concerning price vs product, delivery logistics, financing limitat words, beyond expectation. Being from Fort McMurray, I wanted a good deal on a low mileage 2012 F-150, without the higher markup price living in an oil boom town. I found a vehicle posted on autotrader.ca that fit my price and needs. Jake Plots (sales agent) inspected the vehicle stem to stern, and gave me a very accurate personal opinion over the phone (after a timely, local inspection) . Freedom Ford ensured that the delivery of the vehicle was a no cost to me, seamless procedure. The finance manager ensured that the bank's rate of interest on the loan fit my good credit history. All was completed in an afternoon, right down to a drive to the vehicle registry for plates, and a full tank of gas to send me on my way ( a somewhat tall order with a 135 litre tank). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a Ford vehicle, and Jake has the personality, and the pull, to get it done your way. More
