It had been a few years since I last went through the "vehicle purchasing" experience, that said....I wasn't looking forward to it very much. THAT IS....until I met Jason Spithakis. Right from the start he seemed to have a genuine interest in MY vehicle needs. He listened, he was informative and he kept presenting options, even when I felt like we weren't moving forward anymore. He treated me professionally and with respect.... Jason's dedication to understanding and working with my busy and hectic schedule was amazing. He personally delivered my vehicle to my home, AND then again when I needed to get some minor adjustments done on the vehicle, he delivered it to my office....WITH a full tank of gas. He even took notice of the Energy Drink flavor and brand that I over-consume alllllllll day.....AND had a pack of them IN THE VEHICLE when I got in!!! (Wow, THIS GUY IS GOOD).... Driving past their CONVENIENT LOCTION....I have since dropped by just to say "Hi"....."WHY?" You may ask...Because, my experience dealing with the Freedom Ford crew....Was like dealing with friends. I have only ever experienced a used car sale from a lot once before and it was not favorable, but this experience was great. He made sure we had a good test drive, the car was inspected (all information was shown to me) and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out prior to me coming to make my payment and take the car. If I find myself in need of another used car in future I will definitely come back to Jake and this dealership, and have already recommended to a few people if they need a car I know where they can get one with amazing customer service.
