I've gone to Freedom Ford to service my 2007 Focus for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don approached me, I said I was interested in a SHO, but wasn't ready to buy yet. So he said no problem, but lets check it out for fun, which we did; there was no pressure at all to buy. I said thanks and returned a few months later, looking for Don because he was so nice, and ended up doing 2 test drives on 2 separate occasions, never feeling rushed or pressured, which I value greatly. I loved the car and was happy to buy from Don, who took excellent care of me through the entire process. He had great knowledge of the product and good communication through the entire deal and delivery. I got a good deal and his stellar service didn't end after delivery, as questions about the car came up he always had plenty of time and patients for me. A big thank you to Don for making what could have been a stressful purchase turn out to be a very fun and pleasant one. Also, thanks to Bill in parts, who helped me with accessories and lot of questions. Obviously, I'll continue to give my business to Freedom. Cheers, John. More

I found freedom ford online after I decided my local dealer didn't deserve my business. I had a car to trade in for a new truck but I also live in Fort McMurray so dropping by the dealer for a trade in dealer didn't deserve my business. I had a car to trade in for a new truck but I also live in Fort McMurray so dropping by the dealer for a trade in appraisal wasn't practical. Andre was able to get me a good vehicle appraisal from a bit of info about the car and some pictures. When I headed down to Edmonton to do the deal I got passed by a truck that gave me a cracked windshield! I was pretty upset to say the least but when I called Andre to let him know what happened he told me not to sweat it cause the deal was done! I am very pleased with his understanding with the whole situation and when I arrived to the dealership there were no surprises. The rest of the experience with the dealer was headache free. Instead of dodging questions like other dealers they explained everything I asked. What they weren't able to "throw in" on the deal they gave to me a cost. I even came back two months after the deal and Andre sold me mud flaps at cost! Post-sale customer service at freedom ford is a whole new experience. This is my 3rd new vehicle and if my 4th will be a ford, they'll earn my business again. Give them a shot to earn your business and you won't be disappointed. More
