I've gone to Freedom Ford to service my 2007 Focus for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don appr for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don approached me, I said I was interested in a SHO, but wasn't ready to buy yet. So he said no problem, but lets check it out for fun, which we did; there was no pressure at all to buy. I said thanks and returned a few months later, looking for Don because he was so nice, and ended up doing 2 test drives on 2 separate occasions, never feeling rushed or pressured, which I value greatly. I loved the car and was happy to buy from Don, who took excellent care of me through the entire process. He had great knowledge of the product and good communication through the entire deal and delivery. I got a good deal and his stellar service didn't end after delivery, as questions about the car came up he always had plenty of time and patients for me. A big thank you to Don for making what could have been a stressful purchase turn out to be a very fun and pleasant one. Also, thanks to Bill in parts, who helped me with accessories and lot of questions. Obviously, I'll continue to give my business to Freedom. Cheers, John. More

Having gone in after a trusted referral, this was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and my experience with Don was fantastic. He along with the other staff at Freedom Ford were fantastic to w first experience purchasing a new vehicle and my experience with Don was fantastic. He along with the other staff at Freedom Ford were fantastic to work with, I would definitely recommend him to anyone I knew. Other dealerships I had visited in the past (never purchased from ) were too pushy and impatient... definitely not the experience with Don or any of the Freedom Ford employees I dealt with. More

I found Don to be very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions! He went above and beyond good customer service expectations. I found freedom ford online after I decided my local dealer didn't deserve my business. I had a car to trade in for a new truck but I also live in Fort McMurray so dropping by the dealer for a trade in dealer didn't deserve my business. I had a car to trade in for a new truck but I also live in Fort McMurray so dropping by the dealer for a trade in appraisal wasn't practical. Andre was able to get me a good vehicle appraisal from a bit of info about the car and some pictures. When I headed down to Edmonton to do the deal I got passed by a truck that gave me a cracked windshield! I was pretty upset to say the least but when I called Andre to let him know what happened he told me not to sweat it cause the deal was done! I am very pleased with his understanding with the whole situation and when I arrived to the dealership there were no surprises. The rest of the experience with the dealer was headache free. Instead of dodging questions like other dealers they explained everything I asked. What they weren't able to "throw in" on the deal they gave to me a cost. I even came back two months after the deal and Andre sold me mud flaps at cost! Post-sale customer service at freedom ford is a whole new experience. This is my 3rd new vehicle and if my 4th will be a ford, they'll earn my business again. Give them a shot to earn your business and you won't be disappointed. More

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and my experience was great. Andre was helpful and guided me through the process, was not "pushy" in any which way. From start to finish, Andre always dealt with me in a friendly and courteous way. As for the price, after doing my research, I found it to be below average which was awesome. I have given a spectacular review for the spectacular service that they have provided. I had gone to another dealer in town and had purchased the same car a few months prior. The car was written off in a service that they have provided. I had gone to another dealer in town and had purchased the same car a few months prior. The car was written off in an accident and in order to purchase a new one, I needed to have the rest of the previous loan paid out. The other dealership owed me about 7000 dollars back and said that it would take a while to get it back. I was more than accommodating and patient with them for the first 2 months. I had kept calling and leaving messages and talking to the finance manager who just seemed very disinterested in helping me and was trying to give me any excuse as to not return the money that was owed. I called and talked to Dan Gilewich of Freedom Ford as I have dealt with him for a few years as a client. He was able to steer me in the right direction and put me in touch with his finance manager who was a great help in giving me some ammo to deal with the other dealer. In the end, the other dealer had offered to transfer some of the remaining money over if I was to purchase another vehicle from them. At this point the damage had already been done and left a really sour taste in my mouth. I had a really bad experience with them right from the start and swore that I would never deal with them again. I have never seen such a lack of customer service. This story gets worse if we go back to the initial purchase back in August. Anyways, after speaking with the very helpful people at Freedom Ford I was able to get an extremely fair deal with no hassle and no BS. They were extremely efficient and accommodating of my needs.
