Both vehicles were factory ordered to fit my families needs. He was very helpful with choosing the options that would suit our needs best even if it was not the most pricy. He looked after getting aftermarket accessories done to the vehicles outside the dealership that I wanted (spray in bed liner, command start) with no hesitation or hassle. He was always very prompt to return calls and make sure everything was lined up and ready to go. I have referred 3 other people to him so far that have bought vehicles and are satisfied and will continue to do so. Overall I am very happy with the pricing and even more so with his professional level of service. More

Having gone in after a trusted referral, this was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and my experience with Don was fantastic. I have been dealing with Clarence for several years now and his efforts have always been exemplary. There is a noticeable difference in service within his department when he is away and in my mind he makes and his efforts have always been exemplary. I do not believe this is specialized service for me only as I have seen him react in the same manner to all his customers. When I first arrived in Edmonton from the U.S. on job assignment I visited various dealers in Edmonton to make a decision on leasing vs purchasing a new car. One of my first visits was to Freedom Ford a assignment I visited various dealers in Edmonton to make a decision on leasing vs purchasing a new car. One of my first visits was to Freedom Ford and I met Don Ross. He was very friendly and took time to discuss the various models and lease versus purchase options available to me. He listened carefully and explained the things in Canada that are different that in the U.S., such as the imperial gallon vs. the U.S. gallon. He showed me various pricing options assuming different features for two models I was considering at the time. I then visited several other dealerships to compare with what Don had shown me at Freedom Ford. In the end I returned to Freedom Ford as I felt the most comfortable with Don and Ford cars and decided to lease from Freedom Ford. Even after the transaction I have gone back to Don with questions about different things and he has made time for me and been very helpful. He helped arrange for my tire change from summer to winter tires, and personally drove my car back to my office when the work was complete. For these and other reasons, I highly recommend Don Ross and Freedom Ford to anyone. More

I've gone to Freedom Ford to service my 2007 Focus for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don appr for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don approached me, I said I was interested in a SHO, but wasn't ready to buy yet. So he said no problem, but lets check it out for fun, which we did; there was no pressure at all to buy. I said thanks and returned a few months later, looking for Don because he was so nice, and ended up doing 2 test drives on 2 separate occasions, never feeling rushed or pressured, which I value greatly. I loved the car and was happy to buy from Don, who took excellent care of me through the entire process. He had great knowledge of the product and good communication through the entire deal and delivery. I got a good deal and his stellar service didn't end after delivery, as questions about the car came up he always had plenty of time and patients for me. A big thank you to Don for making what could have been a stressful purchase turn out to be a very fun and pleasant one. Also, thanks to Bill in parts, who helped me with accessories and lot of questions. Obviously, I'll continue to give my business to Freedom. Cheers, John. More
