Both Ron, and Ann-Marie were available any time I needed them. They put up with my assuredly frustrating barrage of questions, and walked me through the process like champions. Exactly what I wanted! I was in the market for a newer vehicle as the one I was driving started having consistent problems and I no longer felt it was safe or reliable. I ca I was in the market for a newer vehicle as the one I was driving started having consistent problems and I no longer felt it was safe or reliable. I came to Jason with very specific things in mind for what I wanted in a new vehicle, and he found me the perfect upgrade. At first he thought it might be difficult as I was intentionally looking for an available manual transmission with all the bells and whistles, but within a few days he found me the perfect car with everything I wanted. He took me through the trade in process and the highly competent sales and finance managers at Freedom negotiated the best financing deal for me. Jason delivered the new vehicle to me in Calgary and took my old clunker off my hands so I didn't even have to deal with getting rid of it! Overall I think I had my new car in less than three days, from start to finish. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I got from Jason and from the staff at Freedom Ford. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle visit Jason and the Freedom Team first.
