We recently purchased a used 2015 Ford Expedition Max only to discover tha Freedom Ford does an excellent job standing behind the products they sell. Service is great The Service department is well organized and quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when dropping off or picking up. I appreciate having the inspection and any problems noted, yes the power steering hose has sweated a bit and probably should be replaced," thank you" BUT in reading my owners manual I see the auto transmission change interval is 240.000KM and this vehicle has less than 80.000KM . Based on my experience with "GO-Auto" i am asking myself --- Does this vehicle need a transmission flush for $330.00 or are we following the "GO AUTO' service model. The $330.00 question --- I find myself perplexed...... More

Even tho Sherwood ford was able to underbid freedom ford by 1500$ After they overpriced me twice before, I still went with freedom ford as I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. More
