Great Service Everytime I first met Roxanne when I had an awesome sales experience picking up my first F150 ever when converting from GM back in 2012. I was introduced to her as my service contact and have always gone back to Freedom Ford and her specifically when I need service. Since the initial purchase we have referred friends and family for multiple vehicles and my wife's Explorer Sport was purchased there as well. I moved to the far West End about 1.5 years ago now and will only take my truck back to Freedom, specifically asking for Roxanne. If it wasn't for her great customer service skills and the others in the Freedom team I would simply have gone to the nearest authorized dealership to me. I personally recommend Freedom for buying new and used and Roxanne for anything to do with service. I love the atmosphere and conversation every time I come for The Works package when getting my truck serviced, it really lightens up my day. Please don't change this awesome attitude and atmosphere in the service department and keep up the awesome work! Just one side note here specifically to www.dealerrater.ca, Roxanne's Last Name field appears to be mistyped; I believe it's "or" not "er". More

more questions than answers My experience with this dealer has been satisfactory thus far, a few minor issues which they promptly made right,which I appreciate This week I had My experience with this dealer has been satisfactory thus far, a few minor issues which they promptly made right,which I appreciate This week I had my 2012 Edge serviced as usual, couple of points were brought up on the inspection, Power steering hose leaking and as well the vehicle requires a transmission flush. I appreciate having the inspection and any problems noted, yes the power steering hose has sweated a bit and probably should be replaced," thank you" BUT in reading my owners manual I see the auto transmission change interval is 240.000KM and this vehicle has less than 80.000KM . Based on my experience with "GO-Auto" i am asking myself --- Does this vehicle need a transmission flush for $330.00 or are we following the "GO AUTO' service model. The $330.00 question --- I find myself perplexed...... More

Service is great The Service department is well organized and quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when dropping off or picking up.
