My 2009 Venza tailgate would not open at all due t I just wanted to point out how appreciative I am of Bill Leo on a recent visit to Erin Park Toyota. My 2009 Venza tailgate would not open at all due to power failure and I was initially told by one of the Service Advisor that it may cost another $1500-$2000 between diagnostic and repair costs. After stressing out about the amount of time and cost it would take to fix the car, I decided to speak to Bill to see how he can help out a longtime customer. Bill called me back and told me to bring the car back in and to see him directly. Bill took care of the issue at a very reasonable cost.
