Terrible customer service I had to get my Toyota serviced at 48,000 kms. I have brought my previous cars from this dealership and have not had any issues. However, this particu I had to get my Toyota serviced at 48,000 kms. I have brought my previous cars from this dealership and have not had any issues. However, this particular car was not bought from this dealership. The customer service I had to experience was terrible to say the least. They provided me with an estimate for the job that needed to be done. When I picked up the car, it was the exact job that was done however the price was different. It was different by a small amount, but nevertheless when the price quoted and the price charged don't match, the customer is bound to ask questions. When asked, I was bluntly told that the price quoted was an estimate. I would have bought that argument if the work that was performed was different from the work that was quoted. When both the things are exactly the same, then why the price difference. It is not a question about the amount involved, it is the principle of the matter. Also much to my surprise, the car was not even washed. On enquiring about that, I was told that there was no car wash at the dealership. That is something I find extremely difficult to comprehend. The only reason I have to use this dealership is convenience. It is on my way to work and I can drop off the car and then pick it up later. But now I am going to be thinking twice before I want to deal with the people at this dealership. The staff seems to have a very callous attitude and are not really interested in going that extra mile to keep a customer. More

Excellent Sales Experience Came into the dealer to entertain the thought of trading in my 2013 Prius. Sat with Muhammad Butt and test drove a new car. Well, his customer service demeanour sold me on the car. He was polite, honest and knew everything about the car. Then it was off to the Finance Manager, Nick Scott. Well, he knew exactly what I wanted to spend and worked with me to make it happen. No pressure tactics and guilt selling. Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is fake Worst experience ever. Don't trust what they say. They'll tell you anything just to sell you a car. Once you pay, you're on your own. 2.5hrs to change tires!! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment to get my tires changed and it took 2 and a half hours. My tires I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment to get my tires changed and it took 2 and a half hours. My tires are on their rims, literally all they had to do was take the summer tires off and put on the new ones. Thats it!!!!! When I went to inquire about what was taking so long they said " its just busy its winter tire time." Which is precisely the point... should this not be taken into consideration and have workers that are only doing this service? I mean what is the point of an appointment???? Or did they just not care because this service is technically "free" for me because I purchased my winter tires and car there????? This is definitely not going to motivate me to take my car there for service that I actually have to pay for in the future... I could literally change my tires in my driveway with the tools from the trunk in 30 minutes. So disappointed. More
