Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is fake Worst experience ever. Don't trust what they say. They'll tell you anything just to sell you a car. Once you pay, you're on your own. 2.5hrs to change tires!! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment to get my tires changed and it took 2 and a half hours. My tires I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment to get my tires changed and it took 2 and a half hours. My tires are on their rims, literally all they had to do was take the summer tires off and put on the new ones. Thats it!!!!! When I went to inquire about what was taking so long they said " its just busy its winter tire time." Which is precisely the point... should this not be taken into consideration and have workers that are only doing this service? I mean what is the point of an appointment???? Or did they just not care because this service is technically "free" for me because I purchased my winter tires and car there????? This is definitely not going to motivate me to take my car there for service that I actually have to pay for in the future... I could literally change my tires in my driveway with the tools from the trunk in 30 minutes. So disappointed. More
Left Impressed I would like to applaud the service I received today from this dealership, specifically from service adviser Helena and Appointment Coordinator Lily ( I would like to applaud the service I received today from this dealership, specifically from service adviser Helena and Appointment Coordinator Lily (hope I have the spelling right). Both of these ladies went above and beyond their call to resolve a situation I encountered with obtaining a 2nd key for a vehicle. It was not so straight forward as the person I was obtaining the key for did not speak English and fate would fall into place with my initial contact being Lily, who happened to be of the same ethnicity. Lily offered her linguistic skills to help facilitate our business and bring clarity to the process, Helena was able to navigate her way through the cluttered paperwork with all parties going their way satisfied. As I do work in the business, I came away impressed, great work! More

On the odd occasion I have had to return when something was not right but the issue has being corrected promptly. Customer care called the next day, asked about my experience, apologized, and said they would do better next time. I asked them what changes do you plan on implementing (training etc), and never got a reply. Tried to book another appointment on-line, chat line simply re-directed me, on-line booking didn't even give me an option for just an oil change. Chat line suddently stopped communicating with me when I asked what to do next. Customer sevice is not a promise or a way of doing business here, it's just a buzz word they use. More
Bad service at reception and in general When a customer buy a car in most of the dealers, they usually give complimentary services as free oil change/washing your car/shuttle when you go for When a customer buy a car in most of the dealers, they usually give complimentary services as free oil change/washing your car/shuttle when you go for service; my last experience on the oil change last month was bad (nothing complimentary, as always) and when I asked for a shuttle service, the lady that was receiving my car, told me that you don't have this service for oil change. It makes me to think better about what dealer I could go when I/ll be buying a car again, and unfortunately with your attention, your dealer is not a good option. Thanks More
awesome service erik had a real sense of customer service when he took my car in for service even if i came an hour earlier than my sched appointment. My car was returned to me promptly as promised as i had to go to another shed appointment somewhere. In short i was able to get my car serviced and arrive at my other appointment on time. AWESOME SERVICE!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK More
