His friendliness, expertise and down-to-earth manner made my first car purchase a smooth and hassle-free one. He was NOT pushy and listened carefully to my needs, which made me feel comfortable enough to make the purchase. Steve has made a loyal customer out of a new buyer, because I will be back in the future! More
Worst Experience Ever Such a disappointment with the Parts & Service Department at Erin Park Toyota. Not only did I waste 2 trips to the dealership, but I still did not rec Such a disappointment with the Parts & Service Department at Erin Park Toyota. Not only did I waste 2 trips to the dealership, but I still did not receive the part that was supposedly ordered nor the service requested. Upon setting up an initial appointment over the phone, I was assured that by the time my appointment came up, the staff would have the part available to install on my vehicle. When I had arrived for my first appointment , I was told that the part had not been ordered. Then I was told by that they will re-order the part and it will definitely be in the following week. When I arrived to the service area again the following week, the staff seemed confused and initially could not find my appointment nor the ordered part. After looking into the matter further, I was told my appointment had been switched to another day and they did not have my part in. Turns out no one had called to inform me that my appointment was rescheduled. This shows a complete lack of respect for their valued customers and their time. When people schedule service appointments, 95% of the time they are re-arranging their day to make it work. I did this twice. It cost me more in my time and travel to just get there, then the actual cost of the service. As a long time customer of Toyota, this was a terrible customer service experience. I will never use Erin Park Toyota again. More
Terrible experience at Erin park Toyota - I've been a loyal customer of Erin park Toyota since 2008, done all my car services through this dealership, bought different packages, new tires, r - I've been a loyal customer of Erin park Toyota since 2008, done all my car services through this dealership, bought different packages, new tires, rims, lifetime rust proof...etc basically everything they have suggested to me. - my Siena broke down last week, so I had it towed to Erin park dealership. After looking at it they mentioned it will cost around $1150 plus tax to fix the radiator plus another $550 plus tax for new brakes as suggested from last visit. Basically the total is over $2000. - I had a family trip scheduled for Christmas gathering and knowing that I don't have much of a choice I told them to go ahead with the repair if it will be done in a day or two. But they mentioned they have to order the parts in and it will take a week to finish the car. - at that point I asked if it's possible to give me a courtesy car but the smasher was a straight "NO" which was quiet surprising since I was willing to pay close to $2000 in repairs! - I was very upset that I decided to tow my car to a different mechanic. So Erin Park a Toyota decided to add insult to my injury by charging me $66 for their 2 minutes diagnostic. - I'm glad I didn't make a deal with the sales guy for a new car through this dealership and I would never service may cars their again ... and that's if I ever decide to buy a Toyota again because apparently regardless of the car being serviced at the dealership and the fact that it is Japanese it is still not as reliable as it appears to be! But of course have the folks at Erin park Toyota made it an easier experience for me, maybe I would have still had trusted this brand, now I'm looking somewhere else for a new car. More

From the first to the last Adeel set an impeccable standard. Always patient and charming, Adeel has great product knowledge, is a terrifically good listener and exudes calm and confidence without ever being pushy or pressuring. He's so far removed from the all too frequent archetypal salesman and restored my faith in the idea of a very genuine and honest salesperson. If Erin Park management has any brains they will quickly promote this young man; he has product knowledge and interpersonal skills of an unusually high order. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with him! More

The staff at Toyota Erin Park were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The service in the showroom was amazing, we had been to many other dealerships and had not great experiences (Hyundai, Honda, ect). We found that the staff helped to make our final decision to buy a Toyota. Special thanks to Dane, Duke, Geoffrey, Terrance, Suleman for all their efforts to make our purchase happen. We are so happy with our cars, no complaints! More
Three Trips to get something fixed Nov. 21st regular servicing revealed broken pipe. Part needed to be ordered; guaranteed delivery Nov.23rd; Appointment made for Nov. 24th at 9:30; lef Nov. 21st regular servicing revealed broken pipe. Part needed to be ordered; guaranteed delivery Nov.23rd; Appointment made for Nov. 24th at 9:30; left car for repair; received call at 10:20 to say part wasn't in after all. Rescheduled appointment for Dec.9th. When I arrived it took 30 minutes just to check me in. Received call from Helena at 1:35 - car was ready for pick-up. Arrived at 2:15 to be told very curtly by Helena to go sit in the waiting room - car wasn't ready. Finally at 3 p.m. told I could get my car. Because of all this, I asked if there would be a reduction on the invoice and was told "yes, $10". I bought the car here; have done all my servicing here for the last 9 years. Was happy until this last servicing event of Nov./Dec. Very disappointed; not sure I wish to return either for servicing or for future purchase. More
