I think my review is fairly clear in bullet points and you can see where the gaps are. The car issue was either a result of Toyota reliability or poor service provided over the years because to me as a customer I have done my job of keeping the car well maintained on schedule at your dealership and you can check the records since 2008. I felt given that the issue was not my fault, I felt you should have at least taken responsibility and offer me a courtesy car especially that it is a holiday season and I had travel plans with the family. I bought a Toyota thinking that it is a reliable car where I can be saved from all this trouble and if I do run into issues like this one I can find a dealership that honours the brand and stand behind their customer especially in a season like that! Instead my Christmas plans were royally ruined. Thank you for taking the time to response but your response below is vague and unfortunately does not show any responsibility for what happen. I believe there is a good opportunity for improvement at the service level where you can be more flexible understanding your customers needs. I certainly do not think you can make your tech completely responsibility or blame him for this incident. My complaint is about the whole experience with the dealership as a whole. BTW my car got fixed and I am looking for a new one at another dealership where I think they care about their customer post sale.
