Last Saturday April 2 I purchased my Toyota Sienna from Erin Park Toyota in 2013 and since then I believe in their excellent service and maintenance. Last Saturday April 22, 2017 I brought my car for maintenance and tire change, the service advisor (Mario) did an excellent advice and service and gave me a shuttle service which helped me a lot. Stranded I actually live in Richmond Hill but was in the area to pick up my infant son from grandma and grandpa's house when my engine light suddenly came on a I actually live in Richmond Hill but was in the area to pick up my infant son from grandma and grandpa's house when my engine light suddenly came on and I wasn't able to accelerate without the car shaking. I managed to just make it to Erin Park Toyota right at closing. Mario was so helpful and, although there was no one left to look at my car that evening, he made sure I was taken care of and got my vehicle looked at the very first thing the next morning. By 8:45 am I was informed as to what the problem was and by 11:00 am it was ready to be picked up and baby and I were on our way home. I feel that I was so lucky to deal with a service advisor who seems to really care about his customers and who has such excellent communication skills. It makes me wish I lived closer by so that I could take advantage of Erin Park Toyota's services more often. Thank you again Mario! More

When they do make a mistake, and all do, they are very good at correcting the problem to your satisfaction. On my last few servicing visits, I've had the pleasure to get Helena. She's fantastic. In my 20 years there, she would be one of the best Service Advisors I've dealt with. Most of their advisors are good, and some are great. She is very conscientious, always getting back to you when she says she will. Very friendly, explains to you what is happening and is open when she doesn't know something - but gets you an answer. She, and Nelson are just 2 reasons my next car purchase will come from there. More
