As always, he was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. We really appreciate his honest advice and no pressure approach. He bent over backwards to get us the best price possible and accommodate our preferred pick-up dates. Between stopping by to see him at 11:30 for a quick chat, and returning a couple of hours later for a test drive, he even sold our end of lease vehicle privately to save us paying for a couple of cosmetic repairs.
