Leasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE from Erin Park Toyota My experience at leasing this car from this dealership was just downright amazing. At first on arrival I was greeted by Steve who was more than happ My experience at leasing this car from this dealership was just downright amazing. At first on arrival I was greeted by Steve who was more than happy to inform me of the particular product I had in mind to purchase. He laid out all options to me and did not suggest the most expensive one but the active peppy one that fits my lifestyle. We went for a test drive on the freeway and the other roads and i was really able to test all aspects of the car. He took the time to go through all the features of the car. When it came to leasing he was clear and honest with all the terms and condition. The Sales manager Jeff did a fantastic job by closing the deal rather promptly. The Business manager Malik was friendly, professional and helped me understand the terms of the lease. He did not pressure me into any upgrades or unwanted offers that would dig into my pockets. Stacey and Joe Anthony definitely gave me a warm welcome and additional assured me that I could not be wrong when I'm buying a product that has been thriving on a mission of reliability for half a century!!! When we contacted the dealership regarding the quote for Corolla IM, we got a quick and friendly response from PJ Caletti and Dane jeong. Dane gave us the price that was better than expected. Took some time but the advisor was great I took my toyota to this dealer to purchase a new wheel lock and have it installed. It took them a lot of time for the task (over 1.5 hours to change I took my toyota to this dealer to purchase a new wheel lock and have it installed. It took them a lot of time for the task (over 1.5 hours to change 4 bolts) and the car was in the service bay (not on a waiting list). However, I was still satisfied by the time I left since Aaron has looked after me. He was very polite and apologetic about the delay, He had an affordable solution for all of my issues and he has great customer service. Would recommend. More
