service was great i have first purchased a car at Toyota this year and i came in for a problem in the rust proofing. i was a bit confused to the problem but Uzma Baig i have first purchased a car at Toyota this year and i came in for a problem in the rust proofing. i was a bit confused to the problem but Uzma Baig who in fact in my opinion is a great emloyee and made it a very good experience at this dealership. i felt that the this dealership was not very good, but the employee, Uzma Baig, who took care of me and my situation really fixed the problem and explained every process through the way. I found her to be one of the best employees at this location and should be given much more appreciation for the hard work she puts in to the dealership. More

Time consuming servicing process Regular oil change and coolant replacement took 2hrs and 40mints. Coming here with an appointment time of 9.45 and reported there at 9.40am. There was Regular oil change and coolant replacement took 2hrs and 40mints. Coming here with an appointment time of 9.45 and reported there at 9.40am. There wasn't even adequate service advisors at 9.30am unless half of service advisors starting at afternoon. If that's the case appointment shouldn't be given at this time. Usually other authorised Toyota dealers will do the same service with in a range of maximum 90 mints,here it took 160 mints while waiting over there.neither anyone cares to give any explanation for time consuming work nor I didn't bother to ask. Employee quit or no adequate staffs shouldn't be customers problem rather than service management should tackle it professionally. Upon getting the car back after 160 mints service,service sticker for the next service put it on the windshield for after 5700kms where these professionals gettings this numbers I have no clue where the usual next service should be after 8000kms. What a joke these service department is. Should be added a column to rate the service management team as well .usually a survey regarding the quality of service comes to email after the service visit. Upon finishing 30 hrs after car has given to service,no such email has come yet. Maybe inadequate staffs! More
