New Toyota Believer Here's my story why I am now a Toyota Believer. I originally went to Lexus as I have had my eyes set on the Lexus 200 CT200h for quite sometime. Only Here's my story why I am now a Toyota Believer. I originally went to Lexus as I have had my eyes set on the Lexus 200 CT200h for quite sometime. Only to find out from this nice sales guy (Peter) at Lexus Erin Park that they don't sell these model anymore. Broke my heart as I had really set my hopes on owning one. I knew beforehand that the Prius is similar to what I wanted. I told Peter to refer me to someone at the Toyota Erin Park whom I can deal with. He gave me Mick's name. From the moment I met Mick at the dealership that same morning, I knew that he was someone who would truly look after what I wanted...not just to make a sale. During the whole process of negotiating, getting approvals, road test, finalizing sale, locating the car till the time I picked up the car Mick kept me informed. He helped order my Weathertech floor mats and winter tires, set already my first service date. This is my first Toyota vehicle as I have always owned Honda cars. What made me switch is the poor service I get from the Honda dealership and the staff just seem to want to make a sale instead of listening to the customer. I am so happy to now be a part of the Toyota Family. I will definitely recommend the Erin Park dealership to my family and friends! This is why I am now a Toyota Believer :) More
