When we visited, sure enough there was a Camry Hybrid with all the snow brushed off (late January/still snowing) and ready for our test drive. Aqib was prepared and made the sale that day. Ran into difficulty with getting the colour I wanted (none in Canada), but after waiting a couple of weeks settled on another colour. They kept me informed through the whole process. When I picked up the car, all the documents were prepared in advance and ready. They even worked through a challenging plate transfer (I was missing documents). Demod the car and I was on my way. I appreciate the respect of my time. This dealer made the process seamless. More

Good experience - Really awesome interpersonal skills The sales rep was really polite and soft spoken during all the interactions. During the test drive, despite of the obvious fact that I was a new drive The sales rep was really polite and soft spoken during all the interactions. During the test drive, despite of the obvious fact that I was a new driver he never made any comment about my driving style. He did tell me that the car only had one owner since the beginning and showed my the car proof. He further told me that he used to bring it to the dealership for service regularly (showed me the service logs). That was a big point in my mind. The car condition was also pretty good. His phone follow ups were polite and not too aggressive. However, his price quote was too high which I did try to negotiate. I had minimal issues with the car after purchase. For a 15 year old car it is still working pretty good(on the day of writing-- 15th March, 2018). Only negative was that he refused to negotiate despite the fact that it had no power windows and was really old(15 years). So I have rated it poor for that--- Sorry Nitin. I gotta be fair. Similar cars were being priced at $1500 while they put an initial tag of $3000 which was ridiculous. I ended up buying it for $2500 (after including taxes)----Date -- Nov , 2016 More
