oil change I had made appointment for oil change for 1 p.m.. I was there by 12.45. This was my first visit at this location. I was informed when I checked in tha I had made appointment for oil change for 1 p.m.. I was there by 12.45. This was my first visit at this location. I was informed when I checked in that they are busy and there might be an hour wait. That was fine as I did expected a wait time. However, at 3 p.m. I was still waiting for my name to be called. I had another appointment which I had to cancel. This is the first and last that I will visit her for an oil change. Not a good experience. More
Poor communication Brought in my car on Friday morning for tire change, no one called to say it was ready and no one picked up the phone when I called for an update. Long and slow service, poor communication, false price match Was told by adviser that the service mainrenance (first for the new car) and winter tire install would take one and a half hour.It ended up to be thre Was told by adviser that the service mainrenance (first for the new car) and winter tire install would take one and a half hour.It ended up to be three and a half hour. Was also told they will price match the qoatations we printed from another service centre but it was false. They sent a shuttle to pick us up saying that our car without giving us a choice. Got there and was told to wait as they are preparing the paperwork...over 90min later of further waiting, the "paperwork" was finally ready abd then we can puck up the car Will not be going back there for maintenance and service anymore. More

Disappointing service. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend Vincent to anyone, this would have been my second vehicle purchase from Erin Park. Other than talking about himself I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend Vincent to anyone, this would have been my second vehicle purchase from Erin Park. Other than talking about himself and not even listening to what I was looking for he in the end told me that there were only 2 pre-owned 2018 Camry’s left and they were located very far from here. Then continued to offer me a Rav4 instead which I had no interest in. When I asked how far would have to go to look at a Camry he shrug his shoulders and said *Who knows but it’s far most likely BC. Vincent Chan FYI I bought a 2018 Camry in super white from Brantford Toyota, it was a 40 min. drive. More
