We were assigned pro We visited Erin Park Toyota about 3 weeks ago. My wife was looking for compact SUV and wanted to look and test drive Toyota C-HR. We were assigned product advisor Anna Pliszka. We started talking and right from the get go I felt that she is absolutely incompetent. Maybe we should have stopped right there and asked for a different advisor, but we didn't want to be rude. Why I would state that she is incompetent and is a disgrace to be a consultant for such famous brand as Toyota? Any questions we were asking her about the vehicle, she knew absolutely nothing and every time said "Let me look on the website"?!!!! I see that there are number of positive reviews of Anna's service, which surprised me. Well, maybe these people have nothing to compare with, know nothing about cars, ignorant themselves. Before coming to the dealership I did my homework, I read everything available on Toyota website, watched numerous videos on Youtube, read reviews about C-HR. Also prior to coming to Erin Park dealership, we visited number of other dealerships, so we had experiences with other consultants to compare with. So when I say she is the worst consultant ever, that is the fact. Toyota should be ashamed of having people like that working for it. When we took a test drive, she could not answer any questions about car features, some questions she didn't even understand. My wife noticed that while I was driving, she was looking into her phone all the time. This is absolutely outrageous. I asked questions about navigation system and wanted to know which trim comes with built-in navigation. After she went to ask somebody (didn't know herself) that none of the trims come with navigation system and navigation is only available through connecting phone with Scout GPS installed, we asked to see that navigation in action. We were very disappointed that she could not demo that feature (she didn't have usb cable, she didn't have app installed on her phone, could not find anybody with app installed, etc). She didn't even know horsepower of the engine! Had to look up on the website. You guys should really pay more attention about competency of your product advisors. I know it is a harsh review, but after we left, me and my wife both agreed that it was the worst experience of all our visits to different dealerships. More

We immediately made the deal and he promised us that it would take a week to get the vehicle. We picked up this amazing vehicle on Friday, November 16th, 2018. Personally, I don’t like to waste time when I need to make a deal on a vehicle that I like. Larry was very professional and knowledgeable during our visit. I would definitely recommend Larry to anyone looking for a vehicle. If we need a new vehicle in the future, Larry is the man! More

Very rude and irresponsible. I visited to check my vehicle after instolling wintertires. Because something was wrong. But he forced me to return without any checking. Since I have a kid I need to check what is wrong with my car for safety. I was forced to visit another shop and paied extra re-torquing fee. Besides, I had to skip my class for the appointment. How could he treat the customer like that? It was too rude. My English is not perfect and I don’t know about vehicles well but I have the right to be treated equally with others. More

oil change I had made appointment for oil change for 1 p.m.. I was there by 12.45. This was my first visit at this location. I was informed when I checked in tha I had made appointment for oil change for 1 p.m.. I was there by 12.45. This was my first visit at this location. I was informed when I checked in that they are busy and there might be an hour wait. That was fine as I did expected a wait time. However, at 3 p.m. I was still waiting for my name to be called. I had another appointment which I had to cancel. This is the first and last that I will visit her for an oil change. Not a good experience. More
Poor communication Brought in my car on Friday morning for tire change, no one called to say it was ready and no one picked up the phone when I called for an update. Was also told they will price match the qoatations we printed from another service centre but it was false. They sent a shuttle to pick us up saying that our car without giving us a choice. Got there and was told to wait as they are preparing the paperwork...over 90min later of further waiting, the "paperwork" was finally ready abd then we can puck up the car Will not be going back there for maintenance and service anymore. More
