very bad customer service I went in to speak with Nelson one of the service Manager about a problem I had at Erin Park Toyota. Customer service was nil, my business was not ap I went in to speak with Nelson one of the service Manager about a problem I had at Erin Park Toyota. Customer service was nil, my business was not appreciated and i was treated like a number. He had no customer service skills, no empathy and told me I don't know if you are a customer at Erin Park....It is the first time I met you. He didn't try to help me or showed concern for my problem. I was very disappointed with my meeting with him. I really think that staff and managers should also have customer service skills, empathy and listening skills. Also as a business if you want to keep your customers happy and loyal...you should listen and look into their problems and try your best to resolve any issues that may arise. I felt so bad as I think they are only concerned with our money and anything else does not matter. I bought a new car with them...but I will for sure bring my money and my business elsewhere and not buy a new car with them again. it is privately owned and managed but I didn't see any Toyota values and professional ethics at any time. at any point they tried to put customer first. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. More

Super Mario - as I call him - has been, and will continue to be my 'go-to' service rep. for customer service done right. Mario exhibits exemplary communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to anticipate surprises. I meet Andrew, who is eager to look after my needs in the same manner I am accustomed to, with Mario. He reassured me that everything would be completed that meet the best standards of service.
