Along the way 1) no one ever calls to give you an update 2) when you call to get an update no one ever answers the service line phone and you have to leave a voicemail that sometimes gets you a response 3) parts to come next day, then next day, then from Vancouver and its on a truck and they have no idea when it might arrive 4) no offer of a complimentary car but will help arrange a rental at a 'good' rate 5) their manager is busy in meetings and not able to take a call or call you back. This for a customer of 25+ years and with most of the period with 2 cars. More
