Ever since we met him in 2004 we are very happy with the way he treated us and our friends who love Toyota vehicles. Larry treats us like VIPs and gets us the best deals. Erin Park Toyota’s Service Crew are also very caring, knowledgeable and fair. Erin Park Toyota’s sales and service areas are always clean and people are always helpful. In the service area, a very nice man named Maurice always make us laugh and welcomes us with a smile and a nice songs; which makes us feel relaxed each time we visit for maintenance. I can only hope that all car dealerships can be as pleasant at Erin Park Toyota. More

My buying experience at Erin Park Toyota was great; especially the service provided by Larry Kuka. I had placed a deposit for a pre-order on a new vehicle and while the waiting period was unknown due t especially the service provided by Larry Kuka. I had placed a deposit for a pre-order on a new vehicle and while the waiting period was unknown due to the current vehicle shortage, Larry reached out to me several months sooner than expected as they had a similar vehicle available to the one I has pre-ordered. After discussing the numbers and financing offers I was able to sign the paperwork and drive away with the new vehicle only a week later, including some of my requested dealer installed add-ons already installed by the time I picked it up. Unfortunately some of add-ons were backordered from Toyota (again likely due to the on-going shortages), after a couple of weeks with no updates on the back ordered add-ons I was able to cancel that portion of the order and the team was able to refund the difference back onto my credit card. The experience with the finance manager however certainly left some room for improvement; they did try to push for the typical add-ons (paint protection, undercoating, etc.) but when they tried to push for me to purchase the extended warranty and service maintenance contact they refused to provide straightforward numbers (instead making you guess which options you might like to consider, then giving you the answer in an obscure bi-weekly payment amount). Lastly the finance manager straight up lied and said if I didn't buy the Toyota extended care plan that day at that time, then I wouldn't be able to get the 3 year service contract that goes along with it (Toyota Canada however lists on their website that you actually have 31 days from initial vehicle purchase to add the ECP with the included service contract). Once I refused the add-ons (and initialed their forms to confirm that I did not want them) that was the end of the conversation and we were able to finalize the rest of the paperwork without issue. After delivery I did notice that there was an issue with the power driver seat memory feature not being able to save settings. After some online sleuthing I was able to figure out how to initialize the feature myself and get it working without having to bring it back to the dealership; it would have been nice however if that was initialized and ready to go the day I drove off the lot. Overall great experience with Larry and good experience with Erin Park Toyota as a whole; I would certainly recommend them ahead of any other dealership that I have dealt with in the past. More
