Overall I was very impressed with Wai's customer service. I never felt rushed and I'm very happy with the car's price (thank you Mike also!). I did not expect for him to go above and beyond. Mario is generally very knowledgeable and advises on the current state of the car and recommends appropriate maintenance. I also found that Mario is very cognizant about safety aspects of the vehicle. Generally very polite and amiable. I also found that Mario generally accommodates my schedule and sometimes some urgent requests as well the best he can.
