Very Friendly and Informative. We had a Tire Problem on our new Venza. The dealer we bought the car from had no tire and asked to wait for thee weeks. We had 3 month baby in the family and were stuck with our new Venza. The dealer we bought the car from had no tire and asked to wait for thee weeks. Erin mills Toyota offered us to help instantly as they had the stock, Since the other dealer had kept our tire, we did not pursue the matter. But now we know the reliable toyota dealer. As a matter of fact I had to change the dealer from where the Venza was purchsed to Erin mills Toyota due to very bad customner service. More

Fahmeed asked us what kind of vehicle we were interested in and after understanding what our priorities were he proposed a couple of options. He explained what were some of the differences between the 2014 models and the model year in which we were interested. This we both found quite informative and helpful in making our decision. He knows his products and worked very hard to provide us with the best suited car and purchasing plan to fit our needs. More
I contacted Erin Park Toyota after hearing an advertisement on 680 news one morning. On a whim, I contacted Erin Park Toyota and asked the receptionist if I could please be transferred to someone who could assist me with a question about a current advertisement. She was very friendly (I'm sure thought this was a bizarre request), and directed me to Ben Cliff. I left Ben a message, explaining that I was hoping to be able to use the commercial in a lesson. Ben responded within one business day and was eager to share an audio file of the advertisement with me. I really appreciate Ben's quick response and how he was happy to help me bring "real-life" to my classroom. Thanks Ben and Erin Park Toyota for supporting your local community! More
I have been a Toyota customer for 14 years or so. In these 14 years, Mario, the Service Adviser, has always given me great customer service. My calls are always returned promptly. Mario has serviced my 2002 Toyota Corolla since I purchased it from Erin Park Toyota in 2004, and every single experience has been wonderful! Many friends of mine have told me horror stories of gett purchased it from Erin Park Toyota in 2004, and every single experience has been wonderful! Many friends of mine have told me horror stories of getting their cars serviced at certified dealerships, and this is why I have come to appreciate Mario and the friendly and excellent service I get even more. When I call Mario ahead of time, he is always very friendly and courteous despite how busy he is. On the off chance that I get his voice-mail, he returns my call in less than 30 minutes. The one or two times I called him to check on something either than a routine service, he was quick to put me in to his schedule and reassure me. He made sure that transport was provided for me to get to and from work at my own convenience. When I am at the dealership, he is working hard to tend to the customers he has as well as keep tabs on his phone when he can. Most importantly, he does all this with a smile on his face. How he does it, i'm not too sure, but he is the biggest reason that I get my 2002 Corolla serviced at Erin Park Toyota. When I wanted to get my son a car, Mario was nice enough to suggest Larry Kuka to help me with my selection. He too, did an excellent job and now I get both my Corollas serviced at Erin Park Toyota! I always found Mario D'Souza to be extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, detailed and helpful during my dealings with him. Also, Mario D'Souza always greets with a smile. Last week, I called Mario D'Souza and advised that I urgently need to bring my car to the service center for replacement of the rear brake light bulb as my family and I to had to attend a funeral service of a family friend on the same day. I told Mario that I had only one hour between the time I spoke with him and to proceed to the funeral home. Mario very kindly advised me that although he is scheduled to go for lunch within ten minutes, he will wait for me if I bring the car as soon as possible. I arrived at the Service Center within 15 minutes and Mario was waiting for me. Upon my arrival, Mario very efficiently pulled-out the fused light bulb and asked me to go the Parts Department to purchase a new light bulb. When I returned to Mario with the new light bulb, he very quickly fitted the new light bulb. I am very impressed with this efficient service provided to me by Mario. In the future, if my wife and I decide to purchase a new vehicle from Erin Park Toyota, it will be only due to Mario D'Souza, because we know we will get excellent after-sales-service from Mario. Also, we will recommend Erin Park Toyota to our family members and friends for purchase of new vehicles because of Mario D'Souza.
