The quality he produces is overwhelming making sure I am satisfied with the service and the product. I happen to buy 2 cars from Erin Park center for I have been taken good care. Mario has serviced my 2002 Toyota Corolla since I purchased it from Erin Park Toyota in 2004, and every single experience has been wonderful! Many friends of mine have told me horror stories of gett purchased it from Erin Park Toyota in 2004, and every single experience has been wonderful! Many friends of mine have told me horror stories of getting their cars serviced at certified dealerships, and this is why I have come to appreciate Mario and the friendly and excellent service I get even more. When I call Mario ahead of time, he is always very friendly and courteous despite how busy he is. On the off chance that I get his voice-mail, he returns my call in less than 30 minutes. The one or two times I called him to check on something either than a routine service, he was quick to put me in to his schedule and reassure me. He made sure that transport was provided for me to get to and from work at my own convenience. When I am at the dealership, he is working hard to tend to the customers he has as well as keep tabs on his phone when he can. Most importantly, he does all this with a smile on his face. How he does it, i'm not too sure, but he is the biggest reason that I get my 2002 Corolla serviced at Erin Park Toyota. When I wanted to get my son a car, Mario was nice enough to suggest Larry Kuka to help me with my selection. He too, did an excellent job and now I get both my Corollas serviced at Erin Park Toyota! I always found Mario D'Souza to be extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, detailed and helpful during my dealings with him. Also, Mario D'Souza always greets with a smile. Last week, I called Mario D'Souza and advised that I urgently need to bring my car to the service center for replacement of the rear brake light bulb as my family and I to had to attend a funeral service of a family friend on the same day. I told Mario that I had only one hour between the time I spoke with him and to proceed to the funeral home. Mario very kindly advised me that although he is scheduled to go for lunch within ten minutes, he will wait for me if I bring the car as soon as possible. I arrived at the Service Center within 15 minutes and Mario was waiting for me. Upon my arrival, Mario very efficiently pulled-out the fused light bulb and asked me to go the Parts Department to purchase a new light bulb. When I returned to Mario with the new light bulb, he very quickly fitted the new light bulb. I am very impressed with this efficient service provided to me by Mario. In the future, if my wife and I decide to purchase a new vehicle from Erin Park Toyota, it will be only due to Mario D'Souza, because we know we will get excellent after-sales-service from Mario. Also, we will recommend Erin Park Toyota to our family members and friends for purchase of new vehicles because of Mario D'Souza. Erin Park Toyota should be proud of Mario D'Souza, who demonstrates continued ownership and commitment towards his job and continually promotes the good reputation of Erin Park Toyota. Greatly appreciated the dealership especially Mario D'souza the service advisor who resolved my biggest concern. Despite my extra care about my Camry which I bought brand new and most of the time driv D'souza the service advisor who resolved my biggest concern. Despite my extra care about my Camry which I bought brand new and most of the time drive in city, it started burning oil. During two visits for routine oil change service, it was reported by your service department of 1 to 2 Litres less oil in Engine. It was difficult for me to understand why my car has started burning oil when it has only 89,000 K M and throughout, it is being Serviced by your dealership. It became biggest headache and concern for me to deal with this situation. Luckily, during subsequent visit for routine oil change, I met service adviser Mario D'souza to whom I explained problem of burning oil. He listened my concern and advised me to bring the car every 2000KM for check up. I acted on his advise and afterward every worry of mine was taken over by him and he handled the situation. Finally he got approval from Toyota and got my car fixed. In the End, I would say thanks to Toyota company, your dealership and special thanks and great regard for brilliant service adviser Mario who gave me excellent service during all these procedural matters. I wish Mario D'Souza keep up with the good work in handling the customers and his contribution towards betterment of your dealership. I am extremely happy customer. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2003 Toyota Matrix from here in 2011. The salesman who took us out lied about the car saying DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2003 Toyota Matrix from here in 2011. The salesman who took us out lied about the car saying it was supercharged (it wasn't), and that it had 'customizations' (all that is non stock is part of the rear skirt was CUT OFF by the previous owner). Upon buying I immediately had transmission problems where the car jolted forward when accelerating, and rolled back (dangerously) when on a slope. Additionally, the tired were completely bald (we were told they were 'performance' tires). Admittedly, I did not do my due diligence and it cost me. The car was listed for 10k, and they 'reduced' it to $8250 (10000 inc. fees and taxes). Upon looking online at similar cars, the going rate WAS 8000 for that car. After all this (about 2 weeks after buying the car) I went back to the dealership and they GRUDGINGLY gave me a rebuilt transmission and slightly better tires. Harry begged me not to call the BBB as he had basically committed a breach of customer trust. I got 3 free oil changes for the hassle. CUT TO NOW (2 YEARS LATER) MY TRANSMISSION BLEW AGAIN! The tech at Toyota told me he hadn't heard of this happening to the Matrix before, let alone 2 time son the same vehicle. Apparently there is something wrong within the power train that's blowing trannys (instead of them being faulty themselves). My quote from Toyota was $4600 to repair it.. So basically it's a write-off. I know sometimes you get a lemon, but the entire experience with Erin Mills Toyota has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I will do everything in my power to convince people to take their business elsewhere. I was in this dealership before 2012 winter for service for my Toyota Corolla CE 2010 . They told me I needed brake pads and rotor service. They never mentioned new tires which I really needed. I took i for my Toyota Corolla CE 2010 . They told me I needed brake pads and rotor service. They never mentioned new tires which I really needed. I took it to another place for service for brake pads and the cost was half of what they charged at Erin Park Toyota and I didn't need rotor work. I have a knowlegeable friend who noticed how bad my tires were and it would be dangerous without replacing them. He didn't think I needed rotor work too. So it was from 2 different opinions who didn't know each other that gave me the opinions last winter. Good that the tires were changed but shouldn't Erin Park noticed my tire condition too when they looked at the brake pads and rotors ? More
