Very Friendly and Informative. We had a Tire Problem on our new Venza. The dealer we bought the car from had no tire and asked to wait for thee weeks. She was very friendly (I'm sure thought this was a bizarre request), and directed me to Ben Cliff. I left Ben a message, explaining that I was hoping to be able to use the commercial in a lesson. Ben responded within one business day and was eager to share an audio file of the advertisement with me.
