My wife she was trying to get another car from Toyota. she was going for Jeep but to get the business for Toyota family he refer here to Lexus, and she is getting Lexus the 350RX I was shopping around I got a better deal in other location for the same car, he asked Mr.R J Caletti to match it it was nice of him which I respect because by not discounting more this shows the value for Toyota. I thank also Mr.Ben Cliff with his a smile and easy going. I would recommend any one to deal with Niyin and this location from Toyota which they do not lock at your wallet but to a friend. This is one of the worst service centre Toyota has in GTA, I guess. Recently Toyota has a recall on Camry 2012 and I called them for an appointment. First they asked me whether I want to do maintenance a GTA, I guess. Recently Toyota has a recall on Camry 2012 and I called them for an appointment. First they asked me whether I want to do maintenance along with the service recall. The moment I said no, the lady operator replied back saying there are no dates in next few weeks. First she told me that the next available date is in Mid March 2014. Then I asked her for a saturday and she told me that it is only in April. Then I asked her for a particular date and she told me that there are no availability in April and it is only on March 10th, 2014. Asking for a justification, she said that they are allowed to do only 2 recalls per day and it takes about 5-6 hours per recall. It was totally clear that the lady was xxxxxxxxxxxx me and therefore I hung up and called another dealer and they were very open in terms of appointments and they also said that it takes no more than 1.5 hours to accomplish the job. If you do a bit of search on this dealership, you will find tons of complaints, In short, ERIN MILL TOYOTA is a big BLACK SPOT in Toyota's reputation. More

I trust him implicitly and consider my Toyota commitment to be entirely due to him and his service. More
I bought a new car in late January and was very happy with the service I recieved from Wai. - he is friendly and professional - same great service throughout, even after we were committed to buying a c with the service I recieved from Wai. - he is friendly and professional - same great service throughout, even after we were committed to buying a car from him. - he is very flexible in arranging meetings (he even came in on his day off to meet with us) - flexible regarding methods of communication (email/text) (++ important for me as I work shift work) - always responds in a timely manner - he did not pressure me into buying any upgrades etc. He only informed me of them so that I could make a choice. - he was mindful of my needs/interests and did not stray from them. - he provides concise information on what I was buying (on the day of pick-up, he spent 2 hours answering our questions and making sure we knew how use the car's multiple functions. Overall I was very impressed with Wai's customer service. I never felt rushed and I'm very happy with the car's price (thank you Mike also!). I did not expect for him to go above and beyond.
