We are truly sorry for the miscommunication on our part, as our goal at Erin Park is to provide excellent service and advice to our valued guests. As discussed on the phone our team certainly could have done a better job in communicating the full extent of the campaign and timing for the inspection and repair procedure. With the background and knowledge we have the last thing we would want to happen would be for you bring in your vehicle for an inspection and then we have to inform you we need to keep your vehicle for a number of hours for a repair that you would not be prepared for. At Erin Park we offer alternate transportation in situations like this or if you are prepared for a longer stay we have a newly renovated guest lounge with comfortable amenities to either relax or get some work done with high speed wireless connectivity. Dear Stacey, Thanks for your response. You may want to consider looking around your area to see how the other dealers are handling the services which are free. I went to Attrel Toyotra in Brampton and they not only inspected the problem, but also changed the required parts and all was done in 2 hours, almost 30 mins more than they promised. Later on, just for my satisfaction, I called the Northwest Toyota and also the Mississauga Toyota and both of them gave me a similar time frame of 1-2 hours and none of them said that they have a limitation 1-2 recall servicing per day. However, as mentioned earlier, I have already done the required service for my car and I am glad that I found the truth from other other locations before believing what the receptionist of your store told me. As far as I am concerned, I am still a big fan of Toyota, but your dealership will be the last one for me to visit. Thanks once again for you response.
