He brings to life, the saying that the "customer is king" by ensuring just that without being patronizing or overbearing. I have noticed him do that to other customers as well. He is a good ambassador for Toyota, the sort of employee that attracts more customers and customer loyalty. More

Only complaint is having to use DealerRater to submit this review. A hassle to go through account set up only to find out I already had one and then had to do the "forgot user name and password" step. Please use a process that allows the review to be submitted without all the other crap being required. More

She told me exactly what was to be done, and the work was completed on time. He gave me a courtesy call and organized my drop off. Mario has been my service consultant for a about 3 years and he has always been outstanding. That is why I return to Erin Park for service and request his help when I come there. When was car was ready, Derrick was outstanding in organizing my exit. He was polite, helpful and has a great sense of respect for the customer. Sonia was at the pay counter and she was very polite and professional as well. I value these individual and I will return and recommend this dealership for purchase and service because of their effort, hard work and understanding of the customer. Thank you. The primary reason being the wonderful, friendly and understanding approach provided by Mario D'Souza. He is very knowledgeable and addresses all our questions and concerns ably well. He not only handles current repairs needs but also forewarns us about 'what needs to be done' at the next visit. In this way he keeps our costs down enabling us to 'budget' for the next service appointment. I have no hesitation in recommending your service center at every given opportunity. Poor communication and no shuttle car??? I came in today for a quick oil change for my Rav 4, so I didn't bother to make an appointment and was aware of some Toyota recalls. I was promptly notified by the customer service rep John, which was a good thing. I had no idea, however that it would take 4 hours, since nobody bothered to tell me that's how long it may take. I sit there in wait in a nice pleasant waiting area, with the world cup on all 5 screens. Had I know it was going to take that long, I would've hopped in one of the shuttle cars, but lo and behold, nobody mentioned of any shuttle cars in the 4 hours I sat there! Seriously! no shuttle service? It wasn't terribly comforting to see that 4 maybe 5 employees, probably sales and possibly a manager and possibly a mechanic sat in to watch the brazil vs. mexico match. mind you it it was pretty exciting game. It felt like customers would come in, get called out cause their cars were ready and by 5 pm I'm still waiting, the only one left... so I finally decide to get up and ask one of the service girls at the counter how much longer it will take for the rav 4. She checks and I guess the kid, probably a summer student felt sorry for me and jaunts over to the back to get my papers promptly since John appeared to be unavailable. He quickly drives my car to me. I forget his name though, anyway thanks kid. It was probably a big job for that recall, but half a days work for one car? and with all the recalled cars that must come through your dealership? just doesn't add up. someone could have at least notified me of the wait period. I was quite disappointed with the lack of care and consideration for your customers.. I would expect more from a Toyota dealership. More

Great Buying Experience We were able to deal with Nick Scott for the purchase of a new Rav4, Nick had made it a very easy process to go through right from the beginning. Offering a test drive, performing a needs assessment and asking the right questions. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and was presented in showroom condition. We had later found out before we said our goodbyes to Nick Scott that he had actually came in to deliver the vehicle to us on his day off. Just cause we were not able to pick up for another week and really did appreciate that. Nick Scott went the extra step and would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Toyota or Scion product. Keep it up Nick looking forward to dealing with you with our next purchase! More
