Secondly, there is never any pressure to buy a vehicle. He spends the amount of time necessary to clearly explain all options, and is more than happy to take you for a test drive. I have recommended Larry to many of my friends, who have gone on to purchase vehicles from him. Both he, and my service advisor Mario D'Souza, make coming to Erin Park a positive experience. More

Mr. Lau took time to understand my needs and clearly explained different options in package and payment. He gave adequate time to allow me consider and was quick in responding my calls. I didn’t feel pressured at all throughout the process. Mr. Lau’s sincerity gave me good confidence that I am going to receive great customer service at Erin Park Toyota. I had the best test drive experience with Mr. Lau. He took time to explain new features of the car, and provide adequate opportunities for us to try different setting. His paper work is concise and professional. I really appreciate him keeping on trying to get the color we wanted even on his day off. On the delivery day, he took time to go through all dashboard features and made sure that we are comfortable with the new vehicle. I really felt that he put his customer first and taken good care of them. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. More

He spent a great deal of time with me on both of my visits prior to me making a decision to purchase my 2014 Toyota Highlander. He was very considerate of my needs and concerns and worked very hard to ensure that I was feeling extremely satisfied with my decision. He also made my kids feel very comfortable while we waited. S My Prius still pulled after an alignment, and when I brought it back the reaction was immediate--when can we get your car back in to redo this work? So today, after the second alignment, Mario explained to me just what they did to get my car straight. He showed me the alignment report and said that it still pulled after the report was zero, so they rotated the tires and when that was not the answer, they put the tires in a different pattern and sure enough, it doesn't pull. Mario took the time to explain about the tire wear, the "memory" of the tires and how they need to be kept in this pattern next spring when they are put back on after my snows are removed. I mention Bill here too because he recognizes me and helps me too. Also I really appreciate the shuttle service, they have two vans and it's hugely helpful. The guys who greet and prep the cars too are always friendly and helpful, as are the gals at the service desk. It's a system, and it works. Oh, did I mention that there was no extra charge for all that fussing with the tires? That rocks. More

Our interaction started with my email asking for a quote and we were really impressed with the way Wai Lau conducted himself. He first tried to understand what we were looking for and gave us options with pros and cons to help us decide. He was very courteous, gentle and very attentive to understand our needs and gave us options with pros and cons to help us decide. He made himself available on his off-day and stayed back till late in the evening, even after the business hours to work on the price and gave us all the information we need. He even gave us a ride home. We just made couple of visits to this dealership to confirm the purchase. During the purchase, he gave us very honest opinion on the additional items (ex: Rust paint etc) and gave suggestions on what we should opt for. During the delivery as well, he showed no rush in going through the details of the car and helped us go through all the features of the car. Wai, We would like to ‘Thank you’ for the way you treated us and as you said before we left – ‘Our relationship has just started’, we are expecting the same level of commitment and service for all our future needs. 2 hour wait for a oil change & denial of accidental dama I had a couple of things I needed to have serviced when I went into Erin park Toyota today. 1, to have my oil changed and 2, to have a cover below my I had a couple of things I needed to have serviced when I went into Erin park Toyota today. 1, to have my oil changed and 2, to have a cover below my glove compartment fixed. Mind you, my car was bought and have always been serviced there. So, one day I noticed the cover below the glove compartment broken when i was tucking in some wires for the dash cam i recently bought. Its the cover where the air comes out from to heat up your feet. I figured maybe when I had my car serviced previously they must've accidently broke it cause that's not a spot anyone would touch besides the service side. I went in at 8:45am, was told by the service advisor, jey, that it'll take a little over an hour to have the service done cause I didn't make an appointment. I thought to myself 1 hour is OK, no point having shuttle service cause adding travel time it doesn't make sense. He also indicated that shuttle isn't immediately available. My car wasn't ready until 2 hours later! I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours as I saw people that came much later than me come in and leave. I went to see why its taking so long, and the advisor came back with a poor excuse saying there's a recall on the car! Shouldn't that been addressed before the service and not when the customer is pissed?! And when the service done, they didn't even fix the cover! They even blamed me for breaking it. What nerves! Never again. More
