He is a service adviser who advises, recommends manageable and necessary service/fixes with the intention of retaining the customer, not forcing the customer with unnecessary repairs. He always has a smile no matter what the situation. He explains each and every repair and the reason for it including the necessity of it. I have been servicing my cars (corolla,sienna,new corolla) for over 10 years and I would credit the longevity of the cars only to Mario apart from the fact that Toyota cars do last long. More

After buying and getting serviced our Toyota at Erin Park for a short time we moved to Toronto but could not find a person on whose advise we could rely on. As a result we came back to Mario at Erin Park and have not looked back. It is a bit inconvenient to come to Mississauga all the way from Toronto and wait till the vehicle is ready (as their shuttle service is confined to Mississauga) but still worth Mario's advise, his practical suggestion and infectious smile. We have driven our Toyota more than 250000 in ten years, mostly in long trips, and continue to reliably enjoy, knowing that it is backed by Mario's authentic maintenance advise. More

A lot of promises were made and not kept by them. Therefore when we arrived at Toyota's dealership we were very skeptical - Ninad was our sales person and provided superb Customer Service and understood what we were looking for. He won our trust by answering all our questions in detail and addressed our concerns as well. We are really happy with our Toyota and the service provided by Ninad. He, truly, adds a lot of value to the Toyota team at Erin Park. There was an issue with the Business Manager, who promised us that he will provide us with a lot of different perks including platinum protection, rust protection, etc. but when we were about to pick up our car and looked over the paperwork, all the promises were not there. We were having flashbacks of the same VW experience, however Ninad provided us assurance and great customer care. . Ninad personally took the initiative to ensure that we get hassle free toyota service and also ensured that we can trust Toyota as a brand and Erin park as a trusted dealership who is involved in the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
