The Man to Call! I had my heart set on a Toyota Corolla since day one, but the real fear I had was in servicing my vehicle. Mario was recommended to me by a friend and after my first visit to him, I have never looked back! I have heard absolute horror stories from others in regards to servicing their vehicles, but when I tell them about Mario, they stare at me; stunned. He has provided me with timely and friendly service for the last two years, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate me in times of need. He convinced me to purchase the EPP when buying my car, and rightly so as I have had two flat tires. Mario took care of each situation at a moment's notice and made sure I was back on the road safely and swiftly (within the same day). I contemplated other brands but the after sales service drove me to Toyota. And Mario in particular. He is a service adviser who advises, recommends manageable and necessary service/fixes with the intention of retaining the customer, not forcing the customer with unnecessary repairs. He always has a smile no matter what the situation. He explains each and every repair and the reason for it including the necessity of it. I have been servicing my cars (corolla,sienna,new corolla) for over 10 years and I would credit the longevity of the cars only to Mario apart from the fact that Toyota cars do last long. More
