Service took 4 hours, more than twice as long as originally predicted. In my judgement, this was mainly due to late start of the service and inefficient organization. No shuttle was provided. Service rep was polite, apologized profusely, and due to the delay, he waived the warrantee required 1st service fee, which I appreciated. At the end, repair was completed to my satisfaction. More
