They gave us the loyalty discount as we already have Mazda 3 2013. We were shocked that they're financing on the 17K and we kept telling them no the amount should be 12K. The manager was so rude! Dishonest people I went to get a second car from this dealership as I got my first Mazda CX 5 three months ago, I found used Toyota matrix 2011, then the sales man tol I went to get a second car from this dealership as I got my first Mazda CX 5 three months ago, I found used Toyota matrix 2011, then the sales man told me that I must pay 500 $ as a deposit to reserve this car for me, when I went home and I searched online I found that the same dealership put the same Toyota matrix but with cheaper price, then when I talked with them about howcome you tell me a price and I found it cheaper online, I said I don't want this car as you are Dishonest and you should refund me my money, I surprised when the manager told my I can't refund your deposit and he told my take this car or choose another car but no refund. Really Dishonest people More

Excellent I traded my 2012 Mazda 3 for a 2015 CX-5. The staff was amazing. My sales guy was good. My terrible experience at Erin Mills Mazda This is a warning for anyone that wants to buy a car from Erin Mills Mazda. I have a 2012 Mazda and it's still in warranty. Last month the car would This is a warning for anyone that wants to buy a car from Erin Mills Mazda. I have a 2012 Mazda and it's still in warranty. Last month the car would not start anymore so I had to tow it in for service. After a couple of days they called me explaining that the fuel pump needs to be replaced. My car has been there for more then 30 days. I’ve been calling the dealership every week to check when my car will be ready, nobody gets back to me. Eventually I called Mazda Canada to find out what’s going on. The best part about this is when Dianne (Mazda Canada customer service) replied to me that even they can’t get in touch with Erin Mills Mazda. So, here’s my warning to all Mazda customer: If you car needs repairs, don’t expect that your car will be ready sooner then 1 month. I wish I would have known this before I bought my Mazda. More

Misrepresented car. Took 2 female customers as schmcks Went back to finalize a deal today at Erin Mills Mazda. They tried to sell a used 60,000km car as new. When we identified this as a used car and re-iterated we were only interested/thought it was new; they still tried to convince us to buy it. Really bad experience.
