These guys are crooks Do not take your car for service at this Mazda dealership. My husband took my daughter's Mazda3 in for an oil change recently and was told the brakes Do not take your car for service at this Mazda dealership. My husband took my daughter's Mazda3 in for an oil change recently and was told the brakes were "almost gone". Fearing for his daughter's safety, my husband okayed the service to replace the brakes. As my daughter was on vacation and could not be reached immediately, he did not consult her. Later, she told us that she had the brakes done as recently as October 2015 at a Midas centre where they would replace the brake pads and only charge for the service. Mazda charged over $600 for these new brakes - which probably were not "almost gone". They never showed him the worn brakes (although they could have showed him anything whether they were hers or not). This was not the only time they did unnecessary service. When the car was just over a year old, they told my daughter that the transmission fluid needed replacing. Another Mazda dealership told her that her transmission system was sealed and was part of the SkyActiv technology package and did not need replacing. Erin Mills did give her a credit for the dollar value of the service performed, but now she wonders if they even did the service. How many people EACH DAY are they hosing? More

Great experience everytime! Was car shopping for more than 4 months and couldn't find a compact sedan that I really liked and would enjoy over the long run. Was instantly surpised by the handling and agility of the car and once i saw the updated 2017 interior (Inspired by the 6), i was sold. My salesman, Affan Hamid, helped me a great deal in specing my car and getting me the best deal he could. he stayed after hours on a Saturday to help me finalize my purchase. It was great meeting a salesman who cares about his clients. Ever since the purchase i have visited the dealership twice for scheduled services and its great to be here. The staff is really friendly and helpful and i enjoy my time here. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Mazda's. More
