I made this very clear to the salesperson (Geovanny) who was selling me a pre-owned car. I purchased a car after some pushy sales tactics that played on my emotions. I was purchasing the vehicle for my son. (first red flag) After purchasing the vehicle we took it to Mitsubishi dealership to have it checked over, (we bought a Mitsubishi lancer evolution) understanding that we had time to report any issues found with the car. We learned that the exhaust system had been modified, and there were other smaller issues. I reported this back to Erin Mills Acura immediately. That was back in July. We're now in October and all this dealership is willing to do is try to shut me up with a detailing package. They have been dishonest with me, and uncooperative. I wish I had listened to the Yelp reviews before visiting this dealership. Very underhanded, zero customer service, and they take no accountability to fix the issue. I've submitted a claim with OMVIC. Do yourself a favour, don't step foot into this dealership. More

2018 TLX (Demo) purchase I was greeted (with no appointment) by the Service Concierge (Mehap Aksan) who was most helpful in introducing me to a Sales Consultant (Sonamjeet Sin I was greeted (with no appointment) by the Service Concierge (Mehap Aksan) who was most helpful in introducing me to a Sales Consultant (Sonamjeet Singh). I have been a customer of Erin Mills Acura since the dealership was opened about 30 years ago, have purchased 5 Acura vehicles from the agency during that time all of which have been maintained by the agency to my complete satisfaction. I therefore had the confidence and trust to buy another car from them (2018 TLX Demo). I again found my confidence and trust to be fully justified by the advice and help I received from Sonamjeet Singh. He was clearly knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought and at no time did I feel that I was being pressurized to buy it. In the end I decided to make the purchase and continued to be very satisfied with Sonamjeet's ongoing attention and helpful guidance during the delivery process. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin Mills Acura and Sonamjeet Singh to others and will do so as the opportunity arises. More
