I am a frontline health care worker and I took an appointment with BMW Elite to change those parts. I went on time and met Mr. Patrick Picard for first-time in-service lounge. He informed me that o appointment with BMW Elite to change those parts. I went on time and met Mr. Patrick Picard for first-time in-service lounge. He informed me that one of the parts not available, also he told me not to drive the car as this will put me at risk. It was a Thursday morning and my plan was to fix my car as I am travelling Friday morning and won’t be in Ottawa till Monday morning. At this moment I was very frustrated but Patrick told me to wait for him. When he came back, he told me that he will give me a car same model as mine and I can have it till Monday morning 8:00 and everything went very smooth. He even phoned me and updated me that my car was fixed on Friday evening. I want to thank Patrick for the superior customer service and problem-solving skills he had.
