We dealt specifically with Paul McClenaghan and along with answering every single question we had, he is very down to earth and easy to deal with (not pushy at all). He is also pro-active with deals/ specials and adds the extra touch of checking in periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly and that you're still in love with your new wheels! :) This is our 3rd vechicle through Elgin Chrysler and can honestly say that even the maintenance and service departments don't dissappoint.
