He was patient, easy to deal with, and I never felt pressured throughout the process. What impressed me most was that his customer service didn’t stop once the sale was finished. I noticed an issue with the vehicle shortly after buying it, and Josh made sure it was taken care of and even personally gave me a ride while it was being fixed. It’s nice dealing with a salesperson who genuinely seems interested in finding the right option for the customer instead of just making a sale.
