I wished I knew about Eagle Ridge Chevrolet Buick GMC in Coquitlam first before going to any other car dealerships. I would have saved a lot of time and frustrations. I know nothing about cars and have a tight budget, Have been looking for a used car in many car dealerships but couldn't find any used vehicle with low mileage that's afforfable, that's not a rebuilt or not involved with accidents . I came across Eagle Ridge Chevrolet Buick GMC website and that's where I met these awesome Team at Eagle Ridge : Art Gilbank, Sales Manager who is an industry expert with 20 years experience who helps people navigate the process of buying a vehicle that fits their budget and driving needs. He is also patient, kind, understanding and goes the extra miles behind the scene making authorization to help me endlessly even after I have paid for the vehicle and taken it home, he didnt left me out to dry if I have any concern about the vehicle after that. Sarah, a pretty young lady with a heart of gold who will make scarifices just to help me and another customer in need and she is very patient, friendly, understanding, kind, efficient, will go the extra miles if needed and service with a smile. August although our encounter is extremely brief is truly pleasant, polite and caring towards Eagle Ridge customers (he was quick to come to an aid of a lady customer who has low blood sugar... ) and for my convenience even though it is out of his way offered to return my rental on my behalf so that I can drive the car I bought home if I want to. Monty the Sales Consultant who is extremely patient, kind, understanding, calm, always goes the extra miles helping me out, I have no transportation after returning the rental, he will come and pick me up and told me to let him know if I want a coffee, he can stop by Tim Horton's or wherever ...such warm hospitality and he did not hesitate to let me test drive the car all the way home to make sure it fits the garage space before purchasing it. He has no problem letting me test drive repeatedly on hills if I need to really check out the car..... Monty will go the extra miles and out of his way to help me even though I have already paid for the car should I have any concern about it. 👍 Good salesmanship of Commitment, Trust and Responsibility. I have never experience such an awesome team who has a heart for their customers in a car dealership before. Art Gilbank, Monty, Sarah and August are truly an asset to Eagle Ridge and I hope whoever owns Eagle Ridge knows and appreciates such a awesome team. With my tight budget, I couldnt afford to buy a used basic car with low mileage, no accident, no rebuilt at other car dealerships but was able to buy a high end used car with low mileage, no accident, no rebuilt and no recall at Eagle Ridge Chevrolet Buick GMC . Plus they even gave me a $100 free gas gift card. A very appreciative customer who feels blessed to have met these wonderful people and their help in getting a car with such a tight budget. 🥰 Almost forget to mention, they will even drive the car to your home to let you test drive it and bring the paper work to you if you are interested in buying it.
