The sales rep was top notch. There were some issues with the delivery of the truck and some service dept errors but the sales rep was open and forward every step of the way. Bought a used 200 here. We were told it was in great shape, our mechanic disagreed and found a few things in need of repair. The manager Jeff took his time getting back to us on a courtesy car, and was rather rude when we asked why some of the RECOMMENDED repairs werent done. They had no problem taking our money for the car, but fixing the damage was a different story. Still not sure what some of the repairs are, and Jeff didnt know either but they are done repairing the car they sold us. We will be spending even more money to make sure the car isnt going to cost us a bundle down the road to fix.. Buyer beware! More
