Go to another Kia dealership!!! Sales manager and staff are dishonest, and try every tactic to get your sale. They offered to “throw in” winter tires, etc to get your sale... but wh Sales manager and staff are dishonest, and try every tactic to get your sale. They offered to “throw in” winter tires, etc to get your sale... but when confronted, you are already paying for them in all of this dealerships fees, so really you’re on a payment plan for these “thrown in” winter tires. They hand write a monthly payment, and do not show the written up details until the final sale. They feel very dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone. Want no hassle of dealing with sales? Go to a car broker like I did in the end. More
