Great Service Even During COVID 19 I had a service appointment for 8:30 am on May 6th 2020 to have my snow tires removed. I had already purchased a set of 4 new "All Season" tires last I had a service appointment for 8:30 am on May 6th 2020 to have my snow tires removed. I had already purchased a set of 4 new "All Season" tires last month from Durham KIA for my 2016 Nissan Altima, to be installed during this service appointment. Like many auto dealers, your service department was working under strict COVID 19 guidelines with social distancing being the order of the day but I must say that everything went smoothly. Thank god it was a nice day as customers were not really allowed to wait in the service waiting area, but your staff did allow me to use the washroom and to purchase a coffee.
