My only negative would be all the additional “ fees” that were not mentioned ahead of time ( I’m not referring to freight and admin fees ). And I didn’t indicate any review fir the quality of work section because I have not yet had any dealings with the service dept . More

My first impression of the dealership wasn't good. I felt like I was ignored and passed over but upon my second visit the experience was a lot better. No overt pressure to purchase. My only negative comment would be that with the inclusion of the free 5 years of oil changes it wasn't explained initially that I would have to pay the tax and environmental fees until I read it in the paperwork. This was misleading and I highlighted this as I felt pressure to sign without all the info bc the deal was done and I was picking up the car and didn't have the opportunity to renegociate. I informed the sales representative this should be corrected. More
