I came to this dealership in May to buy a car. I negotiated a price with the dealership, ordered the car, signed bill of sale and all signed by their sales manager. It was ordered from the factory brand new, and was also delayed because of COVID. When I go to pick up the vehicle, 3 months later, they tell me that the price is now higher and the interest rate is higher and to pick up the car I needed to sign a new bill of sale with the higher price and interest rate. I never thought I’d see such scummy sales practice in Canada. More
