I had come in mind of buying a Dodge Charger, and the first person I bumped into was Walid, and without discussing anything, he said if I wanted to take it out for a test drive, making my first time there a lot of fun from the get-go. As a car enthusiast, I was impressed by Walid in answering all my questions, and just being a genuine and understanding guy. On my second visit, I decided to bring my father, but arrived a little late, and unfortunately nearing to the closing hours of the dealership. To my surprise, Walid gave the same down-to-earth family attitude that is hard to find with other dealers, and offered my father a test drive as well. I could instantly tell that he takes his job very seriously and takes the time to create an individual respect for all of his customers, before discussing business matters. I decided to a buy a pre-owned 2014 Charger, and upon receiving my car for the first time, Walid made a full round inspection and pointed out a few scratches on the trunk of the car that I had completely missed, and without hesitation he was hasty enough to ask the dealerships automechanic department to buff it out.
