Walid was our Rep and was extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. within a short while we made a deal we that were both happy with. A few days had passed and a little bit of buyers remorse set in. We knew we weren't "in love" with our purchase. i phoned up Richard, and he was more than helpful and patient in working out a deal on the Grand Cherokee that we really wanted. After a few back and forths, Richard was able to accommodate what we needed. We picked up our Grand Cherokee Overland model, and are absolutely in love with it, no doubt about it, no regrets.
