My wife and I went to this dealer as it close to our home, looking for a centra , we have been to a few dealers, so learned to watch out for curtain things, we did our home work before going to Direct N home, looking for a centra , we have been to a few dealers, so learned to watch out for curtain things, we did our home work before going to Direct Nissan and we where very disappointed to learn that they where not being truthful, funny how the price of the car went up when trying to trade in our used car, Second of all this dealership did not make us offer the deals that was being offered by Nissan we did not mention it as we wanted to see who we where dealing with. We where very polite and when we decided not to do business with this dealership they became cold. Went to the ford dealership next door and had a very pleasent experience, Well I guess it's like they say, you have to separate the boys from the men. As after the fact they tell you something different 3- the sales manager and salesmen will not tell You of any incentives that car manufactures Is offering customers like 1250 .00 for the versa note 4- beware of the general manager has he will threaten You with law suits and other charges if you try And back out if a deal even if you have not signed any Paper work yet. 5- The owner does not see customers or even return Calls even if you leave a message for him 6 - when a general manager tells you after you Bought the car he is to busy and have better things To do rather than help fix the problems you have With your car deal. 7- if your applying for a VVP pricing make sure On what is offered. This is my experience with this dealer. My advice go to a other dealer And use my wonderful time with THIS DEALERSHIP so you don't have a bad time buying a new car. Wonder if other person who wrote their review Got their incentive as it worth more than the one I would have got. Or it seems they treat people different when your spending Big money. While looking for a new Rogue, we checked out the other two Mississauga Nissan dealerships, not realizing this dealership was 5 minutes away from us! Customer service was lacking with the other two, and while reading terrible reviews about the other two, we realized we didn't want to just give our money to be left waiting for service. Once I contacted Direct Nissan, I realized we were going to be in good hands. Their customer service has been outstanding, and they've been in constant contact with us since the start. They've answered every question we've had, and have exceeded our expectations. I'm surprised that they haven't had any reviews here yet, and am glad I'm putting up the first one. We're hoping to continue evolving this experience with our service appointments over the life of our new Rogue! Thanks to Peter, Clyde, Joe, and Alex for an outstanding car buying experience :) More
