Services representative was rude on my visit a few months ago. I waited for three hours for a oil change. I informed the servies representative that I need to go to work and was told that every body needs t ago. I waited for three hours for a oil change. I complainedt to the service manager who made excuses for him stating that he was busy. and working alone. He final apologize for his worker's behavior. The manager promise that my next oil chance would be free. I return for my next oil change was told that they cannot find anything on my file. Wherefore cannot honor the free oil change. This is bad customer services and they cannot stand to their words. In the mean time they keep calling me to trade my car and purchase a new car from them. Why would lI give them my business forbad service again. Plus today my oil chance took another three hours. I would not recommend this dearship. More

The 2022 Nissan Rogue SV I purchased had nothing but issues including a chip in the drivers side window which was in my vision, engine was revving high, smoke coming out of the exhaust, acceleration is off, break pins were put on backward and more. I was promised everything would be repaired, a month back and forth with no real resolution, finally a month and a half later they fixed a couple of the issues (thank you to the service manager, as he was the only one that was transparent and was trying to assist) with many outstanding. I requested copies of all the reports for the vehicle which i have note received, the wouldn't even give me my loan number, i had to request it multiple times. Huge Regret. More
