I made an enquiry about a particular vehicle that was listed in the inventory and was contacted early the next morning by a sales rep wondering if they could further assist me in locating the correct vehicle. Dave Tamura was more than obliging in explaining features, mileage, and history of the vehicles that caught my interest and encouraged me to come and have a look. It wasn't like driving across town because I was in Calgary but his friendly approach convinced be that it would be worth the trip. I ended up purchasing a 2014 unit that perfectly fit the qualities I was looking for in a used vehicle. Subsequent to meeting Dave, I was able to have an honest & informative discussion with the used car manager, Jeff Peacock, regarding the pricing of the unit and then followed up with Rick Semach who put together a very comprehensive warranty package that will look after any surprises that may vehicle may hold for me over the next 4 years. All in all, from beginning to end the experience at Davis GM in Lethbridge was exceptional. After talking with him and taking a test drive and discussing my future needs and wants, Tyler was able to point me in the right direction. He even found trucks that were going to be showing up soon to look at, to help me decide which of the 2 truck options worked best for me. At no point during my experience with Tyler or the sales team at Davis did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and Tyler made himself available to answer any of the questions that I did have and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. The process for me to make up my mind and purchase a vehicle took about a week and a half and the help was there when ever I needed it with no feelings of pressure or being rushed. This is only the fourth vehicle I have bought from a dealership and by far the best experience I have had yet. Would recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

We were at the time dealing with another dealership on a similar van - Spencer's prompt replies to our many questions, both by email and telephone, and attention to detail inspired us to travel from Calgary to Lethbridge, and buy our new van from him, (rather than from the other dealer, who seemed to think he was doing us a favor by responding at all). Excellent Dealership, Very Friendly staff. Spencer was very courteous, and even had a license plate waiting on the car when i arrived at the dealership. Really liked the car. When we went into his office he was really good about answering all of my questions. It is very nice to see a salesperson that knows what they are selling! Krista Mclean was also an excellent person to deal with. Krista explained the entire warranty to me before purchasing any of it. I was in my newer car very quickly, actually within 24 hours.
