Overall Buying Experience We purchased our 2016 Santa Fe Sport from Crowfoot Hyundai back in February. I wanted to wait to write this review for complete follow through on the sale, and I am happy I did. This is our second purchase from Crowfoot Hyundai after buying a 2013 Elantra. We swore after the first experience, followed by ridicules service prices ($500+ on our first service) that we would move everything over to Country Hills... When we received a call from Crowfoot to come in and take a look at the Santa Fe, which we were looking at, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our experience with Justin was great, our experience with Harrison was great, the vehicle is great and suits our family perfectly... But when pushed and inticed with the "referral" program, Glen fell short. If you refer a friend and they purchase a vehicle, you get "$100 Cheque". We thought our experience was so good that a friend bought a Santa Fe from them as well... Needless to say we have yet to see a cheque, and this is still followed by 4 or more phone calls directly to Glen himself... He told my husband and myself numerous times "the cheque was in the mail", still have yet to receive it (our friends purchased in March, it's not July), It isnt even about the money anymore, it's about the customer service. They are so easy to get a hold of when you haven't signed the papers yet, want to help you, thank you for coming in, offer to stay after hours, but as soon as you do sign, don't bother trying to actually get follow through. So alas, we are back to Countey Hills for all service and future vehicle purchasing (which we are in the market for another). More

Not happy until we were happy Today I experienced exceptional customer service! After a routine maintenance, we noticed that our 2014 SantaFe was leaking oil onto our driveway. Thinking it was most likely just overspill, we gave it a couple days. Unfortunately the leak persisted, so we contacted the service department @ Crowfoot Hyndai. Without hesitation, Raf invited us back to the dealership at OUR earliest convenience...promising to get to bottom of the problem. And he did! With a minimal wait, he had our car inspected, righted and back to us. And he didn't stop there...as he took the time to not only explain AND apologize for the issue; but also supplied us with the expertise to deal with the stain on our driveway!!! Mistakes happen, this we understand...it's how mistakes are righted that makes the difference between satisfactory and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Raf...thank you Crowfoot Hyundai! More
