I am confident that we can call on him for further service if we have any questions. I would recommend Joe to anyone - as female buyers it can feel intimidating walking onto a car lot. In spite of some surprises (to say the least) in the way the car was priced by the sales manager, I was eventually able to reach a deal with him that met my needs and expectations. As a salesman Cory Berube is genuine, great people skills, and doesn't waste time with some of the "usual" techniques that are offensive to me. More

He listened and answered any questions I had; if he did not know, he asked others for the information. I found him to be friendly and not "pushy" as a salesman. The only surprise I had was learning about the extra "fees" over and above the purchase price until after signing the initial offer to purchase with the sales manager. Although these fees were mentioned by Jordan, I did not learn the specifics of the "etch , "admin" and "security pkg" charges until I spoke with the financial manager. These added another $1200 to my purchase price of which I was totally unaware. They were eventually explained, but felt they should have been sooner. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my dealings with Crowfoot Hyundai as well as with my purchase of a used car. Thanks, Pat R. More

We initially selected the vehicle because of the excellent price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received. When we arrived, the Venza had been transferred to an auction lot. Nick, my salesman, had the vehicle driven back. While it was being driven back, We went on a few errands. Nick kept the keys, so we would have a chance to look at the vehicle, even though we had not put a deposit on it, and others were making enquirers about the vehicle. Upon our return, Nick showed us the vehicle and let us test drive it alone. We were not required to fill in any forms before taking the vehicle on the test drive. We were impressed that Nick had kept the keys till we finished my errands and then had trusted us to test drive the car with only a copy of my license We decided to purchase the vehicle. Ian, in finance, took care of that. It was a very low pressure process. Ian, the sales manager, showed us the price the dealership had paid for the vehicle and the cost of repairs. We agreed on the price then Ian suggested they detail the vehicle. We wanted to save the cost and asked to take it as is. Ian adjusted the price down, and had the detailing done at no cost to us. Finally, Mark took care of financing. He had lots of options and again there was no pressure. He also had good warranty choices that he offered with no pressure. We were paying cash, so we had to delay the purchase date till the funds were moved to our chequing account. We decided to pick the vehicle up on Thursday. The funds were transferred earlier, so on Tuesday we asked if we could pick it up on Wednesday. They made the last minute change for us, and the vehicle was detailed and ready on time. The detailing made the Venza look as good as the brand new Santa Fe beside it. This was definitely the best experience we have had purchasing either a new or used vehicle. The level of trust that they gave to us, made us feel like valued customers. We were in the right place at the right time to get a great price, but we're pretty sure we would get the same great service any time. More

Professional, helpful and upfront with the deal! Ours was a complicated deal, trading down and trading in but in the end we were very happy. He helped me narrow down the features that were important to me and was very patient in answering all of the questions I had (and I had a lot). Everyone one I came into contact with at the dealership was helpful and went beyond my expectations to help me out and make the process run extremely smooth. I would recommend dealing directly with the bank on financing if not going with a bank the dealership has a partnership with - would probably be able to negotiate a better interest rate. This is not a negative of the dealership, just a limitation in what they can offer from a few banks. Crowfoot Hyundai had been recommended to me by two different friends and I would not hesitate to (and have) recommended them to others. More
