For over 10 years I've been visiting Crowfoot Hyundai for servicing the new car I bought interest-free from them. I've enjoyed receiving comprehensive servicing, shuttle service when required, often a car wa servicing the new car I bought interest-free from them. Extremely unhappy with the service. These guys are all good, loving, and understanding until the sales happen. I bought 2020 Tucson from them in September end and had a service call last week when they to good, loving, and understanding until the sales happen. I bought 2020 Tucson from them in September end and had a service call last week when they told me my brakes and rotor are worn down and need fixing. I don't understand how I was able to do this damage in a month's time when my traveling is not at all frequent due to WFH. When I spoke to the sales manager Miguel, he emphasized with me and told me that he will work it out and give me a call. I did not get any call from him and when I called him on Monday, he said the service was only recommended and not required. First of all, none of their conversations has indicated that this was not a serious issue and the car should be okay without fixing it. All they said is this issues is being noticed and this is the cost to fix it. I am a first-time car owner. I do not know stuff and I trusted these people and that is how they use my trust for their own benefit. They should have told me if this is not urgent. They should have done a thorough inspection before selling me if there is any issue like that. This whole crap cost me $600 and all because I trusted these guys. They are a complete rip off. And this manager is now telling me that this is not his department and taking the side of the mechanic and forwarded me to some other manager who did not even pick up my call. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone. These guys do not care for their customers. Extremely unhappy and disappointment with their work ethics. More
