I. Received such attentive and warm contact with the Service coordinator, Whitney. She contacted me about my appt to install a block heater and upon learning that I am the full time caregiver for my eld Service coordinator, Whitney. She contacted me about my appt to install a block heater and upon learning that I am the full time caregiver for my elderly mother, she quickly arranged a valet for me so I did not have to interrupt my mother's care by waiting at the dealership for the work to be completed. She also rearranged the appt when our circumstances changed suddenly. She added a personal touch by expressing understanding and empathy for special circumstances we are going through. This was my first introduction to a dealership environment. I am so grateful I could continue our medical appointments while our car was being taken care of. Thank you Whitney and the Hyundai team. Paid $150 for them to diagnose an issue only to be told we think this is the problem and we should spend another few hundred dollars and hope it works. Went to pick up the vehicle. They lost the keys and there was a note on the paper work that car will likely have to be boosted. Not sure why they’d kill the battery and not deal with it. More
